The organizer will provide transport from Airport to the Conference venue for foreign participants**. 

** We only provide one-way airport transfer, for the foreign participants, from the arrival airport which is either the Dong Mueang International Airport or Suvarnabhumi Airport to the conference venue in Pattaya, on the 1st December 2019 (pre-conference day) and 2nd December 2019 (first day of conference day).

If you require this shuttle service, please indicate your full name, affliction, country, contact details (email and phone number), date of arrival, flight details, number of people, to the secretariat.

Participants will have to arrange for own transport from the conference venue to the departing airport for the flight departures. Participants can liaise directly with the hotel about the shuttle to the departing airport.

Participants will bear all costs for the departing shuttle and make payment either directly to the hotel or the transport provider.

Registration fee includes:

  • Conference bag with notepad and pen
  • Wi-Fi internet access

Accompanying participants will be charged 200 Euro (age 13 and older) or 100 Euro (children aged 12 and under).

This includes access to meals, WiFi password, airport shuttle transfer (one way only) from Bangkok to the conference venue in Pattaya, and access to activities at the resort. The accompanying participants will be given coupons for the meals, and this must be presented at the venue for the meals.
